Today: Largest Cannabis Fair Ever Held in Spain
Today marks the launch of GrowMed at Feria Valencia, continuing through Sunday, April 22nd. This meeting will offer another way to think and act on the use of cannabis, which is generating so much controversy in recent days. A pioneer in its conception, GrowMed is the largest fair about this plant held within Spain's borders.
The organization expects to receive about 15,000 visitors throughout the whole weekend. The concept of GrowMed goes beyond the conventional Cannabis Trade on offering an alternative approach for therapeutic use, and responsible consumption and self-cultivation. The Medical Arena consist of four different subject areas in which they highlight the speeches of various characters related to each: Javier Pedraza, a physician specializing in cannabis will lead the scientific field in Medical Lab; while Martin Barriuso, authorized representative of the association Canna covers self-cultivation in the section on Medical Grow. Lawyer Hector Brotons will serve in the legal field, under the name Law/Medical. In addition, we also have the presence of the highest international specialist Cannabis Guru, journalist Jorge Cervantes, also a regular contributor to the editions of 'Soft Secrets', as Medical Associate.
