In a search later at the police station, police claimed they discovered a large bag tied to the man's genitals, with 89 smaller bags contained therein. Recent polling has found that about 50 percent of Americans favor legalizing marijuana and treating it more like alcohol - a regulatory scheme which, among other things, would have prevented Woods from ever even considering his odd attempt at evading a police search.
